Automation that degrades instead of disappearing.
Anyone can demo the happy path. We build the other half — error branches, retries, fallbacks, alerts.
Break it on purpose
Click any stage of this run. It fails there, and the run finishes anyway.
Run 0142 — awaiting fault injection
00.0 run 0142 started — trigger received
00.2 stage marked failed — upstream timeout (504)
00.2 retry 1 of 3 scheduled — backoff 2s
02.3 retry 1 failed — same error class, backoff 4s
06.4 retry 2 failed — escalating to fallback
06.5 fallback provider engaged — secondary route
07.1 stage recovered — output validated against schema
07.2 alert sent — ops channel, failing payload attached
09.4 run 0142 completed — 1 fault recovered, 0 records lost

01 Niche-intelligence SaaS 2 sources / 6 axes / daily digest
Build opportunities were buried in community threads nobody had time to read.
Two sources ingested nightly, scored on six axes, assembled into a digest.
Shipping daily with a paid tier. n8n, Python, Postgres, LLM scoring.
02 Multi-agent research pipeline 7 rounds / 30+ pages / ~$0.05 per run
Single-model reports read confidently and cited sources that did not exist.
Seven rounds with cross-checks between model families and a citation verification pass.
In production at about five cents a run. Python, OpenRouter, Claude, GPT.
03 Property sellability scoring engine 49 tests / 4 dimensions / self-cleaning
Scores drifted as input data changed, and nobody noticed until they were wrong.
A four-dimension score with an anti-drift layer and 49 regression tests on every deploy.
Live, cleaning its own inputs. FastAPI, Postgres, Python.
04 AI lead-qualification bot 3 steps / 24-7 with quiet hours / 6 events
Inbound leads were answered late and reached sales as unstructured text.
Three-step qualification, a structured hand-off in real time, six tracked events.
Answering around the clock with quiet hours. n8n, Telegram Bot API, LLM.
05 Due-diligence report bot minutes not hours / agentic / paid in prod
Analysts rebuilt the same risk picture from the same sources every week.
Company identifier in, risk report out, with the reasoning shown.
A paid product in production. Python, FastAPI, RAG, LLM.
06 Personal ops assistant n8n + postgres + llm / OCR to ledger / 1 chat
Receipts, tasks and reminders lived in four places and were reconciled by hand.
One chat over n8n: receipt photo to ledger entry via OCR, task routing, scheduled digests.
In daily use. n8n, Postgres, OCR, LLM.
Four steps, in this order
Click a step to see what happens in it. Same chain on every project.
You describe the process end to end. We say plainly what is worth automating and what is not.
You get — a written list of what is automatable
Scope, price and delivery date in one document before anything is built. The number does not move afterwards.
You get — a fixed quote you can approve or drop
You run it on your real inputs while it is still cheap to change. Error branches are built here, not later.
You get — a running prototype on your instance
Credentials, repository and written documentation go to you. Defects are fixed free for thirty days.
You get — your instance, your keys, your docs

Money and time
- What does this typically cost?
- Most single workflows land between $400 and $1,500. Agents start at $1,500. You get a fixed number before any work starts.
- How fast can you deliver?
- A workflow ships in 3–7 days, an agent in 1–3 weeks. Retainers run as a queue, first in first out.
- Do you white-label for agencies?
- Yes. We work under your name, join your client calls, or stay invisible — your call.
Ownership and failure
- Who owns what?
- You do: your instance, your keys, your repository. We hand over credentials and documentation at the end.
- What happens when a model fails or an API goes down?
- The run retries with backoff, falls back to a second provider, logs the failure and alerts you. It does not silently produce nothing.
- Who actually does the work?
- NICHR is a small studio — the engineer who scopes your project builds it. Founded and run by Alex Kolbas. Remote, EU / US-East overlap, English C2.
