- Niche-intelligence SaaS — LLM scoring of build opportunities across six axes, two collectors, daily digest with a paid tier; self-healing backfill when a scoring pass fails.
- Multi-agent research pipeline — seven-round pipeline (collect, analyse, cross-model check, deep read, qualify, synthesize, write), 30+ page sourced report for roughly $0.05 per run; primary-source facts injected deterministically in code.
- Property sellability scoring engine — four-dimension model with risk gates and an anti-drift layer (ingest dedup, decay, batch caps, pruning); 49 regression tests green.
- AI lead-qualification bot — three-step qualification, real-time structured lead relay with two-way replies, subscription-gated lead magnet, six tracked event types, live funnel dashboard.

## Working with agencies
